My name is Marie-Kristin Fricke. I live with my husband and our two dachshund ladies in Meerbusch Lank-Latum and am passionate about being your Executive Search Consultant.

Coming from an entrepreneurial family, I have a deep knowledge and awareness of my clients’ needs and requirements and the business decisions they have to make. Entrepreneurship is in my blood.

Success proves me right. Since founding FRICKE Executive Search 4 years ago my clients appreciate the personal contact, my full commitment, always  “lending an ear” and the ability to speak out even uncomfortable truths.

My long-standing clients include various owner-managed (family) businesses as well as upscale medium-sized companies and corporations from mechanical engineering, sensor technology, chemical and process engineering, automotive industry and trade sectors.

I only take on mandates for which there is clarity about my client’s needs in advance and for which the necessary skills and industry knowledge are available on my part. If these are not given, I am not afraid to recommend suitable industry colleagues, because my clear focus is your satisfaction and a long-term contact.

My leisure activities include our dogs Lili and Maggy, golf, traveling, art, playing the piano and reading. I pay attention to suitable candidates not only on their skill set but also on their personal interests. After all, a balanced leader pursues hobbies to find solutions to everyday problems, reduce stress and build strong resilience.
